Jobs and day training services means individualized services for day habilitation, prevocational, employment and supported employment: 1. Which are provided: (a) For compensation; (b) In a division facility or in the community; and (c) To a person with an intellectual disability or a person with a developmental disability who is served by the Division; and 2. Which are designed to assist the person in: (a) Learning or maintaining skills; (b) Succeeding in paid or unpaid employment; (c) Increasing self-sufficiency, including, without limitation, training and habilitation services; and (d) Contributing to the persons community.
