Nevada Code § 433.638

Injunction. [Effective through June 30, 2026.]

1. The Division may bring an action in the
name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any adult from engaging in conduct that
violates the provisions of NRS 433.631 .
2. It is sufficient in such an action to
allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, engage
in conduct for which a certificate is required by NRS 433.631 without a valid certificate.
NRS 433.638 Injunction. [Effective
July 1, 2026.]
1. The Division may bring an action in the
name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any natural person from engaging in
conduct that violates the provisions of NRS
433.631 .
2. It is sufficient in such an action to
allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, engage
in conduct for which a certificate is required by NRS 433.631 without a valid certificate.
