The Division shall adopt regulations to: 1. Provide for a more detailed definition of abuse of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433.554 ; 2. Provide for a more detailed definition of neglect of a consumer of the Division, consistent with the general definition given in NRS 433.554 ; and 3. Establish policies and procedures for reporting the abuse or neglect of a consumer of the Division.
