The medical director or other person in charge of any division facility or any other facility or center established pursuant to chapters 433 to 433C , inclusive, of NRS: 1. Is subject to the oversight of the Chief Medical Officer; and 2. Shall report to the Chief Medical Officer any information concerning the facility or center upon the request of the Chief Medical Officer.
