A provider of foster care may impose reasonable restrictions on the time, place and manner in which a child may exercise his or her rights set forth in NRS 432.525 , 432.530 and 432.535 if the provider of foster care determines that such restrictions are necessary to preserve the order, discipline or safety of the foster home.
