Bulletin concerning missing children: Preparation and distribution by Director; contents

1. The Director may prepare quarterly a
bulletin containing information concerning missing children in this State. The
bulletin must contain the name and last known address of the missing child and
any other information that the Director considers necessary.
2. The Director may distribute a copy of
the bulletin, free of charge, to each law enforcement agency in this State, the
Department of Education and each school district and every private elementary
or secondary school. The Director may, for a reasonable fee, provide a copy of
the bulletin to any other person or governmental agency.
