Duties of chiefs of bureaus of Division; restrictions on other employment

The chief of each
bureau of the Division shall:
1. Administer the provisions of law
relating to the bureau, subject to the administrative supervision of the
Administrator.
2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 284.143 , devote his or her entire time
and attention to the business of the office and shall not pursue any other
business or occupation or hold any other office of profit.
