Minimum essential personal assistance defined

Minimum essential personal assistance means
the assistance of a person with a severe functional disability for 6 hours or
less per day in:
1. Eating;
2. Bathing;
3. Toileting;
4. Dressing;
5. Moving about; and
6. Taking care of himself or herself.
