Fair hearing before hearing officer; judicial review

1. A person who is blind applying for or
receiving services from the Bureau who is aggrieved by an act, determination or
omission of the Bureau is entitled, in accordance with regulations, to a fair
hearing before a hearing officer.
2. A person who is blind who is aggrieved
by the decision of a hearing officer is entitled to judicial review of the
decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.
