Bureau as licensing agency under federal law

The Bureau is hereby designated as the
licensing agency for the purposes of 20 U.S.C. 107a to 107f, inclusive, and
acts amendatory thereto, and the Bureau is authorized to comply with such
requirements as may be necessary to qualify for federal approval and achieve
maximum federal participation in the Vending Facility Program established by NRS 426.630 to 426.715 , inclusive, under such federal
statutes.
