Silver State Scripts Board: Chair; terms; vacancies; meetings; quorum

1. The Director shall appoint the Chair of
the Board from among its members.
2. After the initial terms, the term of
each member of the Board is 2 years. A member may be reappointed.
3. A vacancy occurring in the membership
of the Board must be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term in the same
manner as the original appointment.
4. The Board shall meet at least once
every 3 months and at the times and places specified by a call of the Chair of
the Board.
5. A majority of the members of the Board
constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and the affirmative vote
of a majority of the members of the Board is required to take action.
