The Administrator shall: 1. Apply for all waivers from federal law or regulation which are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 422.380 to 422.390 , inclusive; and 2. If a waiver is denied or altered, take all appropriate steps to comply with the directives of the Federal Government.
