The Director: 1. Shall administer the provisions of NRS 422.29302 , 422.29304 and 422.29306 ; 2. May adopt such regulations as are necessary for the administration of those provisions; and 3. May invoke any legal, equitable or special procedures for the enforcement of those provisions.
