1. The Director shall include in the State Plan for Medicaid a requirement that the State pay the nonfederal share of expenditures incurred for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079 . 2. The State must provide reimbursement for the services of a pharmacist described in NRS 639.28079 at a rate equal to the rate of reimbursement provided to a physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse for similar services.
