1. The Director shall appoint a Chair of the Beneficiary Advisory Council from among its members. 2. The Administrator or the designee of the Administrator shall serve as the Secretary for the Beneficiary Advisory Council. 3. The Beneficiary Advisory Council: (a) Shall meet at least quarterly each calendar year, immediately preceding the meeting of the Medicaid Advisory Committee scheduled for that quarter pursuant to NRS 422.155 . (b) May, upon the recommendation of the Chair, form subcommittees for decisions and recommendations concerning specific problems within the scope of the functions of the Beneficiary Advisory Council.
