Nevada Code § 422.064

State plans for certain programs: Priority access to treatment and services for certain parents

1. The Director shall, to the extent
authorized by federal law, include in any state plan adopted pursuant to NRS 422.063 priority for a parent who is
referred by an agency which provides child welfare services and who is
qualified for public assistance to receive treatment for mental health issues,
treatment for substance use disorders and any other treatment or services that
may assist with preserving or reunifying the family.
2. As used in this section, agency which
provides child welfare services has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030 .
