Nevada Code § 412.606

Discrimination against member of National Guard; penalty

1. No person, firm, association,
corporation or state or local governmental entity may, by any constitution, rule,
bylaw, resolution, vote, regulation, order or other action, discriminate
against any member of the Nevada National Guard because of his or her
membership therein.
2. Any person who willfully aids in
enforcing any such constitution, rule, bylaw, resolution, vote, regulation,
order or other action against any member of the Nevada National Guard is guilty
of a misdemeanor.
