Appointment and promotion of commissioned officer; honorary commission; fee prohibited for commissions

1. All commissioned officers of the Nevada
National Guard shall be appointed and promoted by the Governor upon
recommendation of the Adjutant General.
2. Honorary commissions shall be attested
by the Secretary of State with the great seal and also by the Adjutant General
with the seal of his or her office. No fee shall be charged for military
commissions.
