The Director shall prescribe and enforce regulations governing the establishment, screening, relocation, removal or disposal of junkyards as provided in NRS 410.095 to 410.210 , inclusive, consistent with the provisions of 23 U.S.C. 136 and the national standards promulgated thereunder by the Secretary of Transportation.
