Cooperative agreement with Federal Government, state agency or others

In the administration of
various programs by the Division as provided by law, the Administrator, subject
to the approval of the Director, may cooperate, financially or otherwise, and
execute contracts or agreements with the Federal Government or any federal
department or agency, any other state department or agency, any county, city,
public district or political subdivision of this State, any public or private
corporation, any natural person, or any group of natural persons, but such
cooperation shall not of itself relieve any such cooperator of any
responsibility or liability existing under any provision of law.
