1. A contractor who makes or provides for repairs under NRS 40.600 to 40.695 , inclusive, may take reasonable steps to prove that the repairs were made and to have them inspected. 2. The provisions of NRS 40.600 to 40.695 , inclusive, regarding inspection and repair are in addition to any rights of inspection and settlement provided by common law or by another statute.
