1. In sentencing a person to a term of residential confinement, a justice of the peace may establish the terms and conditions of that confinement. 2. The justice of the peace may, at any time, modify the terms and conditions of the residential confinement. 3. The justice of the peace shall cause a copy of his or her order to be delivered to the convicted person and the local law enforcement agency.
