Disclosure of contracts by prospective student athlete

A prospective student athlete shall disclose
any previous or existing contract held by the student athlete that provided or
provides for the student athlete to be compensated for the use of the name,
image or likeness of the student athlete to an institution before signing a
letter of intent with the institution.
