Accounts, biennial reports and recommendations

The three Nevada State Commissioners, acting
jointly, shall:
1. Keep accurate accounts of their
activities and the activities of the Nevada Office.
2. Report to the Governor and the
Legislature before September 1 of any year preceding a regular session of the
Legislature, setting forth in detail the transactions conducted by the
Commissioners and the Nevada Office during the biennium ending June 30 of such
year.
3. Make recommendations for any
legislative action deemed by the Commissioners to be advisable, including
amendments to the statutes which may be necessary to carry out the intent and
purposes of the Compact between the signatory states.
