1. A driving school: (a) Must be located more than 200 feet from any office of the Department of Motor Vehicles; (b) Must have the equipment necessary to instruct students in the safe operation of motor vehicles and maintain the equipment in a safe condition; and (c) Must have insurance in at least the following amounts: (1) For bodily injury to or death of two or more persons in one crash, $40,000; and (2) For damage to property in any one crash, $10,000. 2. The Department of Motor Vehicles may review and approve or disapprove any application to issue, renew or revoke a license for a driving school. The Department of Motor Vehicles may, at any time, inspect a licensed driving school and may recommend that its license be suspended or revoked. The Administrator shall investigate and recommend to the Commission the appropriate action.
