Financial condition; false or misleading advertising prohibited; employment of personnel

A
postsecondary educational institution:
1. Must be financially sound and capable
of fulfilling its commitments to students.
2. Shall not engage in advertising, sales,
collection, credit or other practices of any type which are false, deceptive,
misleading or unfair.
3. Shall employ persons of good reputation
and character.
