Disciplinary action against person for intentional violation

In addition to any penalty prescribed by
specific statute, a person who intentionally uses aversive intervention on a
pupil with a disability or intentionally violates NRS 394.367 , is subject to appropriate
disciplinary action by the private school that employs the person.
