Nevada Code § 394.161

Civil penalty

Any
person who willfully violates any provision of NRS 394.1605 to 394.161 , inclusive, is subject to a civil
penalty of not more than $10,000 for each violation. This penalty must be
recovered in a civil action, brought in the name of the State of Nevada by the
Attorney General. In such an action, the Attorney General may recover
reasonable attorneys fees and costs.
