1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the privilege of using the buildings or grounds must not be granted for a period exceeding 1 year. The privilege is renewable and revocable in the discretion of the board of trustees at any time. 2. The time limitation set forth in subsection 1 does not apply to the use of a school library pursuant to NRS 393.07105 .
