Nevada Code § 392.900

Interference with pupil attending school; penalty

1. It is unlawful for any person, against
the will of a pupil attending any public school, to beat, whip, detain or
otherwise interfere with the pupil while the pupil is on his or her way to and
from school.
2. Any person who violates any of the
provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
