Nevada Code § 392.0175

Regulations concerning enrollment of certain persons in courses for adult to earn high school diploma

The
Department shall adopt regulations that require the board of trustees of a
school district that offers courses which are approved by the Department as
meeting the requirements for an adult to earn a high school diploma to allow
enrollment in such courses by a person who has not received a high school
diploma and:
1. Is at least 18 years of age or meets
the requirements for participation in the statewide program of education for
incarcerated persons established pursuant to NRS 388H.020 ; or
2. Is at least 17 years of age and has
attended at least 4 years of high school.
