Actions of board upon recommendation to dismiss probationary employee; decision of board final

1. If the superintendent files with the
board a written recommendation to dismiss a probationary employee pursuant to NRS 391.822 or 391.824 , the board shall determine whether
to accept the recommendation at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the
board and provide to the employee, by registered or certified mail, written
notice of its decision not later than 5 business days after the meeting.
2. The decision of the board relating to
the dismissal of a probationary employee is final and binding and is not
subject to judicial review or appeal.
