Every school district in the State shall submit, for approval by the state agency, as that term is defined in NRS 287.130 , its plan for extending the benefits of Title II of the Social Security Act to licensed public school teachers in the position of substitute teachers, immediately upon receiving a request for such coverage pursuant to the provisions of NRS 287.190 .
