Charges not to become part of employees permanent record if State Board of Education determines evidence insufficient

If charges are brought against a teacher,
administrator or other educational personnel for the suspension or revocation
of his or her license and the State Board of Education determines that there is
not sufficient evidence to suspend or revoke the license, the complaint and any
related documents must not be made a part of that persons permanent employment
record.
