Teachers: Keeping register of pupils

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, each teacher in the public schools shall keep a true, full and
correct register of all pupils attending such school as required by the board
of trustees of the school district in accordance with the regulations
prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
2. Each teacher in a charter school shall
keep a record of the enrollment of pupils in the charter school in accordance
with the regulations prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
