Irregularity in testing security means an act or omission that tends to corrupt or impair the security of an examination or assessment, including, without limitation: 1. The failure to comply with security procedures adopted pursuant to NRS 390.270 or 390.275 ; 2. The disclosure of questions or answers to questions on an examination or assessment in a manner not otherwise approved by law; and 3. Other breaches in the security or confidentiality of the questions or answers to questions on an examination or assessment.
