Nevada Code § 390.065

Disclosure of questions and answers prohibited; exceptions

It is unlawful to disclose the questions
contained in the high school equivalency assessment selected by the State Board
pursuant to NRS 390.055 and the approved
answers used for grading the assessment except:
1. To the extent that disclosure is
required in the Departments administration of the assessment.
2. That a disclosure may be made to a
state officer who is a member of the Executive or Legislative branch to the
extent that it is related to the performance of that officers duties.
