Nevada Code § 39.380

Proceeding if party entitled to share or lienholder becomes purchaser

When a party entitled
to a share of the property, or an encumbrancer entitled to have the
encumbrancers lien paid out of the sale, becomes a purchaser, the master or
the court may take the purchasers receipt for so much of the proceeds of the
sale as belongs to the purchaser.
