The Department shall: 1. Review each course in computer science submitted to the State Board for approval pursuant to NRS 389.037 and all instruction in computer education and technology submitted to the State Board for approval pursuant to NRS 389.072 ; and 2. Make recommendations to the State Board concerning whether the course or instruction should be approved.
