Employment of teachers with approval of juvenile court and county commissioners

1. With the approval of the juvenile court
and the board of county commissioners, the board of trustees of a school
district may employ necessary legally qualified teachers for the instruction of
children detained in:
(a) A facility for the detention of children or
an alternative program maintained by the county pursuant to the provisions of
title 5 of NRS.
(b) A juvenile forestry camp established by the
county pursuant to the provisions of NRS
244.297 .
(c) A juvenile training school established by the
State pursuant to the provisions of title 5 of NRS.
2. As used in this section, juvenile
court has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS
62A.180 .
