An officer, administrator or employee of a public school shall not retaliate against any person for having: 1. Reported a violation of NRS 388.471 to 388.515 , inclusive; or 2. Provided information regarding a violation of NRS 388.471 to 388.515 , inclusive, by a public school or a member of the staff of the public school.
