A person employed by the board of trustees of a school district or any other person shall not: 1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 388.501 , use physical restraint on a pupil with a disability. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 388.503 , use mechanical restraint on a pupil with a disability.
