Special ungraded schools and programs; powers of trustees

1. Pupils with disabilities may be
instructed in special ungraded schools or within special programs established
for the instruction of such pupils.
2. Boards of trustees of school districts
may:
(a) Purchase sites and erect buildings for those
purposes in the same manner as other school sites or school buildings may be
purchased and erected.
(b) Rent suitable property at an economical
rental for special or ungraded rooms.
(c) Accept gifts or donations of sites and
buildings for those purposes.
