The administrator of each school or his or her designee shall: 1. Establish a school safety team to develop, foster and maintain a school environment which is free from discrimination based on race, bullying and cyber-bullying; 2. Conduct investigations of violations of NRS 388.135 occurring at the school; and 3. Collaborate with the governing body and the school safety team to prevent, identify and address reported violations of NRS 388.135 at the school.
