Nevada Code § 386.975

Establishment of program by trustees; assistance of Attorney General or State Board

1. The board of trustees of each school
district may:
(a) Establish a program of information concerning
missing children for pupils, parents and other residents of the district; and
(b) Use materials prepared by the Attorney
General in developing such a program.
2. The board of trustees may request the
assistance of the Attorney General or the State Board of Education in
establishing its program.
