Annual report of Office of Science, Innovation and Technology

1. On or before February 1 of each year,
the Office of Science, Innovation and Technology shall prepare an annual report
concerning the status of the Office in carrying out its duties prescribed by NRS 385.800 and submit the report to the
Governor, the State Board and:
(a) In odd-numbered years, to the Director of the
Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Senate and Assembly Standing
Committees on Education.
(b) In even-numbered years, to the Joint Interim
Standing Committee on Education.
2. The Office shall post a copy of the
report prepared pursuant to subsection 1 on the Internet website maintained by
the Office.
