The Superintendent of Public Instruction or a staff member of the Department designated by the Superintendent shall: 1. Visit each county in the State at least once each school year, and shall conduct institutes, visit schools, consult with school officers, or address public assemblies on subjects pertaining to the schools. 2. Consult and study with school officers and educators of this and other states on topics of school administration, school methods and school law.
