Nevada Code § 385.160

Qualifications

To
be eligible to the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction, a person
shall:
1. Have attained the age of 21 years at
the time of his or her appointment; and
2. Possess the knowledge and ability to
carry out the duties required by this title and all other statutes and
regulations governing K-12 public education.
