Nevada Code § 385.107

Higher Education Student Loan Fund

If
the Superintendent of Public Instruction administers the Higher Education
Student Loan Program:
1. The money available for the Program
must be deposited in the State Treasury for credit to the Higher Education
Student Loan Fund which is hereby created as a special revenue fund.
2. Each expenditure from this Fund must be
paid as other claims against the State are paid.
