Nevada Code § 385.014

Opinions of the Attorney General relating to powers and duties

When required, the Attorney General shall give
an opinion in writing and without fee to the State Board, the Superintendent of
Public Instruction and the Commission on Professional Standards in Education on
matters relating to the powers and duties of the Department.
